How Do I Know ShareLingo Sessions Are Right For My Org?

ShareLingo Sessions bring English and Spanish speakers together face-to-face to share their languages and cultures. If your organization employs or serves both English and Spanish speakers, and you have a space where a small group of 10-20 people can meet, ShareLingo sessions will help your org.

Our founder, James Archer, will have a personal one-on-one with you to answer all of your questions and help you determine the best path for your organization to participate.

How much does it cost?

Great question - and understandably, it's the first question most organizations have.

The technology cost is just $20/person/month. Your organization can charge the participants anywhere from free to $40/month. Meaning, your org (or a sponsor) can foot the whole fee, or part of the fee, or even use the program to generate income for your org.

Can we use our own materials?

Yes - We are able to generate and upload materials specifically for your participants to focus on. Plus, each person will also have access to all of our public materials as well.

This is another point that should be discussed in your discovery meeting with us.

How do you process payments?

There are three options: 1) Participants can cover the costs directly so that you will not need to collect any fees or subsidize them, OR 2) your ORG can cover the costs with a single payment to cover all of the participants - and then your ORG is free to bill the participants, or not.
